Bodyflying is gaining momentum and attracting increasing public attention. The number of wind tunnels in Europe is still manageable, but more wind tunnels are being added all the time. There is therefore a good chance that you will be able to work as a flight instructor in a wind tunnel in the future. As a bodyflying instructor, you can accompany other people on their (first) flights and act as an ambassador for this still young sport. In addition to being physically fit and in good condition, you should enjoy working with people.
Basically, you don’t need any wind tunnel or skydiving experience, but both of course help a lot. That’s why it makes sense to first achieve professional flyer status, which we offer as part of our Flight School. We have summarized what you need to do to achieve this and how we support you in the process in a blog post.
